Samuel Holiday served in the Marine Corps, 4th Marine Division, 25th Regiment, H & S Company. Holiday, along with all the Navajo Code Talkers, received the Congressional Silver Medal, the highest civilian medal the U.S. can award, in April 2000. He also received the Purple Heart. This interview was conducted by students and staff of Harlem #122 High School.
